Job Title: Beverage Attendant

Salary: $20.00

Status: Full Time and Part Time

Shift: Days, Swings, Nights

We are seeking a friendly and proactive Beverage Attendant to greet guests and maintain all beverage stations, including soft drinks, coffee, and water. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upkeeping the cleanliness and functionality of the beverage stations, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests as they approach the beverage stations
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all beverage stations
3. Ensure that all beverage dispensers and equipment are fully operational and well-maintained
4. Restock supplies as needed, including soft drinks, coffee, and water
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages
6. Assist guests with any questions or requests related to the beverage stations
7. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
8. Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience
9. Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining cleanliness standards and adhering to uniform guidelines

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
4. Knowledge of food safety guidelines and best practices
5. Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy items as needed
2. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
3. Willingness to work in a kitchen and food service environment, including exposure to various temperatures and noise levels
